About The Position

Requirements

• BSN Required
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum of two years as a PACU nurse.
• Minimum of two years progressive leadership responsibilities.
• Active RN license in the State of Maryland
• ACLS, BLS required

Nice To Haves

• PALS, CPAN, CAPA Preferred

Responsibilities

• Assume 24-hour responsibility for operations of the Crane PACU and Foot & Ankle PACU.
• Combine clinical expertise with leadership and nursing management principles to ensure quality, cost-effective patient care is delivered at a level that is consistent with professional recommended standards.
• Develop services in concert with results from patient, physician, and associate satisfaction surveys.
