We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to provide contracted leadership services for a healthcare facility in Windham, New Hampshire. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Hampshire
  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressive nursing leadership experience in a hospice, skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or post-acute care setting
  • Minimum of three (3) years of Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, or equivalent nursing management experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of CMS regulations, state survey processes, infection control standards, and quality improvement programs
  • Current CPR certification
  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Experience with electronic medical records and healthcare compliance systems

Nice To Haves

  • BSN required; MSN preferred
  • Experience serving as an Interim or Contract Director of Nursing
  • Track record of successful survey outcomes and quality improvement initiatives
  • Certification in Nursing Administration or Long-Term Care Nursing preferred
