About The Position
Diversicare is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) to lead its nursing team at its Larned location. The role helps shape the quality of care and the nursing department by promoting high standards of patient care and regulatory compliance. The Assistant Director of Nursing oversees staffing and training initiatives, leads quality improvement efforts, and supports the organization’s mission of providing exceptional care to patients and residents. Diversicare describes a collaborative team environment and opportunities for professional development, including training, mentorship, and advancement.
Requirements
- Current RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing.
- At least three years of nursing experience, including at least one year of supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Commitment to quality care.
