About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) to provide one-on-one care to clients in the comfort of their own homes in Nashua, NH, and surrounding communities. The role offers $21–$23 per hour, daily pay, and flexible scheduling opportunities, including full-time, part-time weekend, long, and overnight shifts. The position involves helping clients with personal care and daily activities while following individualized care plans and communicating changes in clients’ conditions.

Requirements

• Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license.
• Dependable, compassionate, and patient.
• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently in clients’ homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Help clients with mobility and transfers.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Offer companionship and support with daily activities.
• Follow individualized care plans.
• Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
