About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring Licensed Nursing Assistants to provide one-on-one care to clients in the comfort of their own homes in Nashua, New Hampshire, and surrounding communities. The role offers $21–$23 per hour, daily pay, and flexible scheduling, with full-time, part-time, weekend, long, and overnight shifts available.

LNAs support clients with personal care and daily activities while following individualized care plans. They observe and report changes in clients’ conditions and work independently in clients’ homes. Requirements

• Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license.
• Dependable, compassionate, and patient.
• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently in clients’ homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Help clients with mobility and transfers.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Offer companionship and support with daily activities.
• Follow individualized care plans.
• Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
