Nursing Assistant - Oncology - Part Time
About The Position
Sanford Health is seeking a compassionate and reliable Nursing Assistant to provide high-quality, patient-centered care and daily living assistance to assigned patients during scheduled work periods. The Nursing Assistant works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse and helps create a warm, welcoming environment that supports healing and positivity. Candidates of all experience levels, including those new to healthcare, are encouraged to apply. The position is part-time, scheduled for 12 hours per week, with a rotating shift. Compensation is listed as $16.50–$24.
Requirements
- Obtain and maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.
- If working in North Dakota without CNA certification, be listed on the North Dakota Department of Health Nurse Aide Registry after training and competency validation or within four months of initial employment.
- If working in Wisconsin, be listed on the Wisconsin Nurse Aid Registry with current work eligibility.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
