About The Position

Methodist Hospital is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join its Oncology team. The Nursing Assistant provides direct patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse, using their skills and expertise to complement the work of other health care providers. The oncology department takes a multidisciplinary approach to cancer treatment, with specialists working together to address the physical and emotional effects of cancer. The position is scheduled at 0.7 FTE on an overnight shift, with 8-hour shifts every other weekend.

Requirements

• Be current on the State of Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry, or be an LPN student or junior-level nursing student who has completed first-quarter clinicals in an accredited RN or LPN program.
• Hold a current BLS Provider Card (CPR).
