About The Position
Bolingreen Health & Rehab is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents in a non-profit, mission-driven organization. The CNA builds meaningful relationships with residents while supporting their daily needs with dignity and respect, and works with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to provide care. The position pays $17.63 to $18.68 per hour, with shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends, and weekly pay. This is a PRN role.
Requirements
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Georgia, or eligibility for certification.
- A heart for service and a passion for caring for others.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Nice To Haves
- Prior long-term care experience is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
- Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
- Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
