About The Position

Requirements

• Collaborating with physicians, advance practice providers (APPs), and other medical staff to evaluate, plan, and implement patient assessments and follow-ups.
• Directly involved in patient care through medical consultation, research, treatments, and education.
• Specializes in Cardiology and recommends appropriate course of treatment through medical diagnosis while working closely with the physicians.

Responsibilities

• Supervises treatments and obtains medical records, evaluates patients, order tests or scans, diagnoses diseases, and prescribes medications and prescriptions.
• Provides medical consultation on both invasive and non-invasive cardiology procedures.
• Specializes in cardiology and provides subject matter expertise and treatment courses on heart health and wellness.
• Performs medical procedures, such as injections, immunizations, suturing and wound care, and managing infection.
• Partners with physicians in developing treatment plans and advises physicians on changes in a patient's condition.
• Monitors and ensures accuracy of patient medical records.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
