About The Position

Integrated Dermatology is seeking an experienced, dermatology-trained Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) to join their thriving practice, Integrated Dermatology of Newton-Brighton, serving the greater Boston area and Cape Cod. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to join a well-established, highly-rated practice with a loyal patient base, in-house Mohs surgery, and a full spectrum of medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology services across three convenient Massachusetts locations. The role involves practicing at the top of your license providing comprehensive medical dermatology care, including diagnosis and treatment of acne, psoriasis, rosacea, eczema, hair loss, and skin cancer. You will perform skin cancer screenings, biopsies, excisions, and other general dermatologic procedures, with in-house Mohs surgery support for complex cases. Collaboration with fellow physicians, Physician Assistants, and the Mohs surgery team is expected. The schedule is Monday-Friday, with a 4-day workweek and no call.

Requirements

• Active PA-C or NP licensure in Massachusetts (or eligibility to obtain)
• Prior experience in dermatology required. 2 years preferred.
• A patient-first mindset and genuine passion for dermatologic care.
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative care team.
• A team player who thrives in a busy, multi-location practice environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical dermatology care, including diagnosis and treatment of acne, psoriasis, rosacea, eczema, hair loss, and skin cancer.
• Perform skin cancer screenings, biopsies, excisions, and other general dermatologic procedures.
• Collaborate closely with fellow physicians, Physician Assistants, and the Mohs surgery team.
