New Grad RN and Extern Programs Available in Behavioral Health! Hiring for all units - Adult, Geriatric, and Adolescent - at Leonard Morse Hospital in Natick, MA! Working in Behavioral Health, you will see the firsthand results of the positive impact you have on the lives of individuals and their families who face mental health challenges. You will join a team that focuses on mental health safety, stability, and empowerment, and will play a crucial role in assisting individuals build healthy coping strategies, strength, positive thought processes, and problem-solving skills. Leonard Morse Hospital offers specialized certification in de-escalation Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) Training. In this high in demand profession, you will have a collaborative team approach, working alongside Psychiatry, Medical NPs, RNs, Social Workers, Mental Health Counselors, and Human Rights Officers. We are currently recruiting for Spring and Summer 2026 graduates. Requirements

  • Graduated from state approved school of nursing or an accredited school, or currently enrolled in nursing school with a graduation date within the next 12 months
  • Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy; CPR.
  • Candidates must successfully complete a background check and pre-employment health screening which includes a drug screen.

Responsibilities

  • Will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide safe and competent patient care.
  • Will specifically, assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct nursing care to assigned patients.
  • Will also assume responsibility for the supervision of staff to which nursing care is appropriately delegated.
