About The Position

Requirements

• Master's or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or psychology.
• Oregon licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or licensed psychologist, or registration as an associate (Professional Counselor Associate, CSWA, or MFT Associate).
• Work a minimum of 18 client sessions per week.

Nice To Haves

• Clinical experience is preferred; associates working toward licensure are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to clients matched to the therapist's preferences by Vista's intake team.
• Work a minimum of 18 client sessions per week.
• Set a personal caseload goal and schedule, within the stated goal range of 18–30 sessions per week.

Benefits

• Health insurance; Vista contributes $900 per month toward premiums for full-time therapists working 24 or more sessions weekly and $550 per month for part-time therapists working 18–23 sessions weekly.
