About The Position

Requirements

• Current, active license to practice as an Registered Nurse (RN) in State of practice.
• Well-versed in inter-personal communications.
• Familiar with the RAI process and Case Management.
• Able to read, write, and speak English.
• Meet all local health regulation and pass post-employment physical exam if required.
• Drug screening, criminal background investigation and reference inquiry.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all of the facility Medicare and Managed Care residents as directed by the Resident Assessment Director.
• Oversight of all service provided during inpatient stay from admission to discharge.
• Accurate and timely completion of all OBRA required assessments.
• Key financial and clinical member of the management team.
