AEROFOAM USA, LLC, located at 43 Commerce Drive in Abbeville, South Carolina, is a newly established, high-performance manufacturing facility specializing in thermal insulation solutions. We produce a wide range of insulation products including elastomeric, polyolefin, acoustic, and rubber-based materials designed to improve energy efficiency, reduce carbon emissions, and lower operational costs. Requirements

  • Must live in the local area.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3 years of manufacturing experience in shipping, receiving, material handling, or general warehouse work.
  • Forklift certification preferred (or ability to obtain one).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills; experience with shipping software or ERP systems a plus.
  • Knowledge of shipping methods (UPS, FedEx, LTL carriers) and freight paperwork.

  • Forklift certification preferred (or ability to obtain one).

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and package outgoing shipments based on customer or internal orders.
  • Generate and verify shipping labels, packing slips, and documentation (e.g., BOLs, customs forms).
  • Schedule pickups with carriers (LTL, FTL, parcel, etc.).
  • Load shipments safely onto trucks using forklifts or pallet jacks.
  • Inspect outgoing goods for accuracy and quality.
  • Unload incoming shipments from trucks.
  • Inspect goods for damage, discrepancies, or missing items.
  • Check incoming materials against purchase orders or delivery notes.
  • Accurately receive materials into ERP/WMS (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
  • Label and move inventory to appropriate storage locations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of shipping/receiving areas.
  • Collaborate with Inventory Control, Purchasing, and Production teams.
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits as needed.
  • Follow all safety protocols and report hazards or incidents immediately.
