About The Position

The Warehouse Material Handler ensures products are received, stored, selected, packed, and shipped to their destinations. The role uses a Warehouse Management System and provides opportunities to learn and grow into higher-level positions. The posted schedule is Monday through Friday, 12:00 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. The expected starting pay rate is $23.00 per hour, with higher pay possible depending on experience.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Meet the physical requirements of a warehouse environment, including lifting various loads, cutting wire, climbing ladders, and staying on the move in varying temperatures depending on the location.
• Pass pre-employment physical testing.
• Demonstrate good attendance and work ethic.

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of experience.
• Prior large-warehouse experience using a Warehouse Management System.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and push carts.
• Receive and store incoming material according to Warehouse Management System processes.
• Select, pack, and palletize shipments.
• Sort and pack less-than-truckload shipments and conduct cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean warehouse, follow safety procedures, and perform daily safety inspections.
