About The Position

As a Warehouse Material Handler, you ensure products get where they need to be by receiving, storing, selecting, packing, and shipping warehouse inventory. The warehouse uses a Warehouse Management System, and technology is required to perform the job. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 1:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. The expected starting pay rate is $22.50 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Good attendance and work ethic.
• Ability to perform warehouse physical requirements, including lifting various loads, cutting wire, climbing ladders, and staying on the move in varying temperatures, depending on location.
• Must pass pre-employment physical testing.
• No fear of heights.

Nice To Haves

• At least 2 years of experience.
• Prior experience in a large warehouse using a Warehouse Management System.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and push carts.
• Receive and store incoming material according to Warehouse Management System processes.
• Select, pack, and palletize shipments.
• Sort and pack less-than-truckload shipments and conduct cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean warehouse, follow safety procedures, and perform daily safety inspections.
