About The Position

Shamrock Roofing is seeking a Social Media & Recruiting Coordinator to scale their roofing sales team. This role is responsible for creating content that attracts potential applicants and managing the hiring funnel from initial contact to final interviews. The position offers creative control, a budget, and direct access to leadership. The goal is to attract top talent by showcasing the company's brand, culture, and the earning potential of sales representatives through social media platforms.

Requirements

  • Portfolio or active social accounts demonstrating the ability to produce high-performing short-form video content.
  • Comfortable appearing on camera and operating camera equipment.
  • Strong phone presence and written communication skills.
  • Organized with the ability to manage a candidate pipeline effectively.
  • Self-starter mentality.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in trades, home services, or recruiting.
  • Basic editing skills in CapCut, Premiere, or similar software.
  • Prior experience hiring or screening candidates.
  • Experience growing a social media account from zero.

Responsibilities

  • Produce 5-10 short-form videos per week across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Capture day-in-the-life footage with sales reps, install crews, and storm chasers.
  • Write hooks, scripts, and captions to attract potential sales representatives.
  • Manage the employer-brand presence on LinkedIn and Facebook.
  • Track content performance, including views, applicants per video, and cost per qualified lead.
  • Respond to inbound applicants within 24 hours.
  • Conduct initial 15-minute phone screens using a defined scorecard.
  • Schedule qualified candidates with the sales manager for ride-alongs and final interviews.
  • Maintain the applicant tracker (CRM/spreadsheet).
  • Follow up with candidates who have gone inactive or stalled in the process.
