• Ability to work well in team environment
• Registration with Honolulu Liquor Commission and valid "Blue Card"
• Perform well in high tempo and faced paced restaurant environment
• Valid TB test and Food Safety Certification

Responsibilities

• Following through on expectations set by the GM
• Product ordering and inventory control
• Checking in orders and writing checks
• Ensuring a high quality guest experience
• Guest complaint resolution
• Personnel management & conflict resolution
• Scheduling and staffing for your department
• General cleaning and facilities maintenance
• Overseeing quality control in your department
• Organization of prep, cleaning and duty lists
• Other duties as may be assigned from time to time
