About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and repair of an apartment community in Scottsboro, AL. This is a great opportunity ideal for candidates with hands-on maintenance experience who can start promptly.
Requirements
- Prior maintenance experience required (apartment or property maintenance preferred)
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repair work
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve maintenance issues independently
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical tasks as needed
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repairs across apartment units and common areas
- Handle routine upkeep including plumbing, electrical, and basic HVAC tasks
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure the property is clean, safe, and well-maintained
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues proactively
