About The Position
Morgan Properties is hiring a Service Technician for a 292-unit apartment community in Rochester, NY. This role involves diagnosing problems, working with hands, and making a visible impact daily by helping to create a safe, well-maintained environment for residents. The team values accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Active, valid driver's license and personal vehicle
- One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Nice To Haves
- HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and other maintenance-related issues
- Perform preventative maintenance to help protect and preserve community assets
- Ensure the interior and exterior of the property are maintained in accordance with company standards and compliance requirements
- Respond to service requests in a timely manner while providing a positive resident experience
- Keep residents and team members informed through clear, professional communication
- Support the overall appearance, functionality, and upkeep of the community
