About The Position

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record is required
• Highschool diploma or equivalent
• Ability to effectively build rapport with others within the organization, as well as outside vendors.
• Master of organization with tasks within multiple software’s such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Gmail/email for assigned tasks, work orders and events held at locations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a productive environment to enable the delivery of various facility services
• Strong hands-on ability to directly perform and assist with onsite repairs for the dealership
• Manage their daily tasks and time efficiently
• Develop and maintain appropriate relationships with key employees, management and outside vendors, while being heavily involved in hands-on maintenance
• Continued focus and communication with housekeeping to ensure service levels are met
• Conduct regular inspection tours of all buildings, equipment and systems
• Assists in special event setup and activities
• Other duties as assigned by General Manager
