Requirements

  • Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
  • Compact licenses must be transferred to the state of residence within 60 days.
  • Current CPR certification (with hands-on component).
  • TB skin test (current within the last 12 months).
  • Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients.
  • Work with patient families to ensure outstanding clinical outcomes.
  • Perform electronic documentation using a tablet in the patient's home.
