About The Position

The LPN or LVN-Memory Care role supports residents’ physical, social, and psychological well-being. The nurse monitors resident care according to physician-prescribed treatment plans, documents responses to care, administers medications, and maintains the cleanliness and security of the medicine supply room while following company systems, procedures, and processes. An LPN or LVN license is required in accordance with state regulations.

Responsibilities
