About The Position

The LPN or LVN supports residents’ physical, social, and psychological well-being and monitors care in accordance with physician-prescribed treatment plans. The role includes documenting residents’ responses to care, administering medications, maintaining the cleanliness and security of the medicine supply room, and following company systems, procedures, and processes. An LPN or LVN license is required in accordance with state regulations.

Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining a physical, social, and psychological environment in the best interest of residents.
Monitor resident care according to physician-prescribed treatment plans and document responses to care plans.
Administer medications.
Ensure the medicine supply room is clean and secure.
