About The Position

Brookdale is hiring an LPN or LVN to support residents’ physical, social, and psychological well-being. The role involves monitoring and documenting resident care in accordance with physician-prescribed treatment plans, administering medications, and maintaining the cleanliness and security of the medicine supply room while following company systems and procedures. An LPN or LVN license is required as specified by state regulations.

Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining a physical, social, and psychological environment in the best interest of residents.
