About The Position

Brookdale is seeking an LPN or LVN to provide resident care in a residential community. The role helps maintain a physical, social, and psychological environment that supports residents’ best interests. The nurse monitors care according to physician-prescribed treatment plans, documents residents’ responses, administers medications, and maintains the cleanliness and security of the medicine supply room while following company systems, procedures, and processes. An LPN or LVN license is required in accordance with state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining a physical, social, and psychological environment in the best interest of residents.
• Monitor residents’ care according to physician-prescribed treatment plans and document their responses to care plans.
• Administer medications.
• Ensure the cleanliness and security of the medicine supply room.
• Adhere to company systems, procedures, and processes.
