About The Position

We are actively looking to hire compassionate, energetic LPNs & RNs to help care for our home healthcare clients. We are willing to train in G-tube, trach, and ventilator areas if needed. Our nursing supervisors are eagerly awaiting to teach nurses. This specific role is for a Private Duty LPN/RN for a 12 y/o male with a g-tube in Worton, MD. The available shift for this case is every weekend: day shift (hours flexible).

Requirements

  • Active/unrestricted nursing license in the State of Maryland or Multistate compact license - Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse
  • Valid CPR/BLS certification
  • Confidence to work independently

Nice To Haves

  • Basic knowledge of G-tube/Trach care is preferred; however, willing to train qualified and interested candidates.
  • Vent experience preferred (willing to train qualified candidates)
  • Pediatric experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Working one-on-one in the client's home
  • Complete nursing assessment
  • Administer medication & and treatments as prescribed by the patient's Plan of Care
  • Document nursing notes in a clear and concise manner

Benefits

  • Pay Range: $26-42 per hour.
  • Pay rates are determined by licensure, skills, experience, and varies per case.
  • Employees will receive time and a half pay for working beyond 40 hours in a week.
