We are currently seeking the right person to join our team as a RN or LPN! This is a full-time opportunity, working 4 days a week with rotating weekends and holidays. As an RN or LPN with Touchmark, you will enrich lives every day by ensuring residents in our Assisted Living Communities receive the highest level of dignity and care. You will have the daily opportunity to distinguish yourself by taking the time to be a positive presence in the lives of residents and their family members!

Requirements

• Current RN or LPN license
• Possess or willing to obtain CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
• Genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
• Enjoy being part of a team
• Willingness to continue learning and improving skills
• Commitment to confidentiality
• Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
• Commitment to Touchmark’s values (excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion)

Responsibilities

• Design and implement care plans for each resident.
• Oversee the care staff and assist them in making educated care decisions.
• Support the care team on the floors.
• Ensure residents in Assisted Living Communities receive the highest level of dignity and care.
• Be a positive presence in the lives of residents and their family members.
