About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) licensure.
• IV certification and Blood Withdrawal (BW) certification within 90 days of hire.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care requiring technical and manual skills within the scope of practice.
• Meet patients’ psychosocial, physical, and general care needs.
• Meet the communication needs of patients and their families.
• Perform duties under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse.
