About The Position

Requirements

• 2+ years of restaurant cooking experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.

• Able to prepare food according to Mission’s set standards.
• Works well in teams.
• Able to keep work area clean, meeting company guidelines, policies, and practices.
• Ensures all operating and quality standards are met.
• Upholds a professional and ethical management style and presentation.
• Assesses work-related issues in a professional manner and exercises honest, non-biased judgment.
• Well-rounded experience from line cook, back of house prep, grill cook, and team member.
• Ensures safety and security of both guests and team members.
• Must be able to pass a 10-year background check.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen.
• Support efficient kitchen operations.
• Ensure timely, consistent food execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Set up food stations as instructed by back-of-house leadership.
