About The Position

Requirements

• Master’s Degree or higher in Psychology, Special Education, Counseling, Social Work, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis or Gerontology, OR Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License, OR Bachelor’s Degree and work under the supervision of a professional who has a master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, Counseling, Social Work, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis or Gerontology, or who is a licensed Psychiatrist, Psychologist, Professional Counselor, Social Worker (master’s level or higher) or who has a Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License.
• Proven leadership, supervisory, and clinical experience.
• Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania 6100/6400 regulations and person-centered behavioral support practices.
• Valid Pennsylvania driver's license.
• Ability to obtain ACT 33 and ACT 34 clearances.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Behavioral Services Department.
• Provide clinical direction, supervision, and strategic oversight of the agency's Behavior Specialist team.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centered behavioral services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
