About The Position

Lifestyle Support Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Behavior Services to lead and oversee our Behavioral Services Department. This full-time leadership position is responsible for providing clinical direction, supervision, and strategic oversight of the agency's Behavior Specialist team while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered behavioral services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Requirements

Master’s Degree or higher in Psychology, Special Education, Counseling, Social Work, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis or Gerontology, OR Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License, OR Bachelor’s Degree and work under the supervision of a professional who has a master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, Counseling, Social Work, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis or Gerontology, or who is a licensed Psychiatrist, Psychologist, Professional Counselor, Social Worker (master’s level or higher) or who has a Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License.
Proven leadership, supervisory, and clinical experience.
Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania 6100/6400 regulations and person-centered behavioral support practices.
Valid Pennsylvania driver's license.
Ability to obtain ACT 33 and ACT 34 clearances.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the Behavioral Services Department.
Provide clinical direction, supervision, and strategic oversight of the agency's Behavior Specialist team.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centered behavioral services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
