About The Position
S.W.I.M.S. (Storm Water Inspection & Maintenance Services, Inc.) is looking for dependable individuals to join their team. The work involves cleaning various storm drain devices at different locations throughout Southern California to ensure the storm water returning to the ocean is clean. Requirements
- Valid Driver License
- Reliable transportation
- Cell phone
- Clean driving record
- Ability to communicate in English (reading and writing)
Nice To Haves
- Confined Space and/or Traffic Control Certified
Responsibilities
- Cleaning a variety of storm drain devices at various locations throughout Southern California.
- Ensuring that the storm water that returns to the ocean is clean.
- Operating a pressure washer, generator, and other related equipment.
- Lifting between 25-75 lbs throughout the day.
- Performing kneeling, bending, and squatting throughout the day.
- Working overtime as required.
