Requirements

You don’t need experience.
You need to show up, work hard, and be ready to learn.

Responsibilities

Make sand cores. You’ll run machines that form sand into cores.
Build and clean up cores. You’ll put core pieces together, glue and coat them, and clean off extra sand so they’re ready to use.
Take care of the equipment. You’ll clean and blow out core boxes with air wands and help fix small problems when they come up.
Finish metal parts. You’ll use hand tools to smooth and clean up castings after they come out of the mold.
Run blast and test equipment. You’ll load parts into shot blast machines and testing equipment to make sure every part is strong and clean.
Check for quality. You’ll look over parts before they move on and fill out simple paperwork to track your work.
Work safely. You’ll wear safety gear every day and follow our safety rules.
