About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with previous customer service experience.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• The ability to learn how to use the following software: Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail), Polaris Leap (Integrated Library Software)

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with library card registration and checking out and returning materials.
• Assist in the preparation, delivery, and receipt of Library materials; receive payment from customers.
• Greets customers upon entering the Library facility.
• Assist in opening and closing the location.
• Attends staff development opportunities.
