Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with previous customer service experience.
Strong communication and organization skills.
Strong customer service skills.
The ability to learn how to use the following software: Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail), Polaris Leap (Integrated Library Software)

Responsibilities

Assist customers with library card registration and checking out and returning materials.
Assist in the preparation, delivery, and receipt of Library materials; receive payment from customers.
Greets customers upon entering the Library facility.
Assist in opening and closing the location.
Attends staff development opportunities.
