About The Position
Chappell Tractor in Milford, NH is seeking an experienced forklift truck operator and inventory coordinator. This role involves operating forklifts in various weather conditions, both indoors and outdoors, for loading and unloading trucks and customer vehicles. Responsibilities include expediting inventory put-away, picking inventory for customer orders, inspecting items for damage, and tagging new inventory. The position also requires maintaining organization of tractor displays, clearing snow from display areas, and assisting with plowing and snow removal of parking entrances and roadways. A significant portion of this job requires working outside for extended periods in all types of weather.
Requirements
- Prior experience working at a busy equipment, truck or automotive dealership.
- Forklift certification is a requirement.
- Operating equipment and heavy lifting is required.

Responsibilities
- Operating fork lift trucks indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions loading and unloading delivery trucks and customer vehicles.
- Expedite putting inventory away undercover and in assigned locations.
- Pick inventory to fill customer orders.
- Inspecting items for damage and tagging new inventory.
- Keep the new and used lines of tractors on display organized and clear of snow during the winter months.
- Assist with plowing and snow removal of parking entrances and roadways.
