JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm Job Summary: Responsible for assisting with daily operational tasks in the Outpatient Pharmacies, with a primary focus on over-the-counter (OTC) inventory management. Duties include receiving and stocking OTC merchandise, monitoring inventory levels, organizing overstock, performing OTC returns, correcting pricing, and maintaining accurate signage. Also supports additional operational needs such as assisting with deliveries, maintaining cleanliness and organization in work areas, performing administrative and workflow tasks, participating in routine inventory checks, helping with seasonal or promotional setups, and training the clerk staff. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in management, business or related field preferred. Experience in gift shop or retail setting required. Must have point of sale computer system experience. Must have excellent computer skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally required. Must have artistic talent in displaying merchandise. Must be able to work with minimal direct supervision and make decisions relevant to work and projects. Requires strong attention to detail, professional communication, and the ability to work efficiently with minimal direct supervision. This role requires strong customer service and professional communication skills, the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, and basic mathematical skills used for inventory counts and pricing updates. Must be detail‑oriented, able to maintain accurate records, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Organizational skills and comfort with completing repetitive tasks in a fast‑paced environment are essential. Physical Demands: Must possess good physical health. Some requirements include but are not limited to standing, sitting or walking for long periods of time. Lifting at least 50 pounds is required.
