About The Position
We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Seasonal Maintenance Help to support general facility upkeep and basic building projects in our manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who enjoy working with their hands, staying active, and contributing to a team-oriented operation.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to perform physical labor in a manufacturing environment
- Comfortable working with hands, tools, and equipment
- Willingness to work in a dirty, dusty, or industrial setting
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and reliability required
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
- Ability to write basic communication to understand on-the-job work standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance tasks, including minor repairs, painting, cleaning, power washing, and facility improvements
- Assist with facility projects such as power washing, painting, and applying safety floor tape/markings
- Support the organization and overall building upkeep
- Support production and maintenance teams as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Perform cleaning tasks and organize areas of the facility.
