Ascending Service Manager

About The Position
Groundworks, North America's leading foundation repair and water management specialist, is seeking an Ascending Service Manager to join their team in Philadelphia. This role, also referred to as Assistant Service Manager, will support the Service Manager in developing strategies to enhance sales, effectively manage customer complaints, and assist with overseeing Service Technicians. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to achieving excellent customer service at all times. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge of terminology, methods and best practices used in the foundation repair
- Proven experience in Service and/or customer service
- Successfully proven KPIs as a Certified Field Inspector or Service Technician
- Proficiency in Excel and other data management tools
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Effective communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead effective weekly trainings
- Evaluate field performance and deliver feedback in a 1:1 setting
- Create and implement effective development and disciplinary plans
- Learn all aspects of the Service Managers Day to day responsibilities
- Other duties as assigned
- Regularly and reliably report to work on time each working day
