About The Position

Requirements

• Previous residential HVAC service experience required.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Thorough knowledge of heating, air conditioning, heat pump, refrigeration, electrical, and airflow systems.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple service calls.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Nice To Haves

• NATE Certification preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-split systems, and indoor air quality equipment.
• Accurately diagnose electrical, refrigeration, airflow, combustion, and mechanical system issues.
• Explain findings and provide homeowners with repair, replacement, and maintenance recommendations.
• Perform system testing, equipment startups, and operational checks to ensure peak performance.
• Complete service documentation, estimates, and required paperwork using company software.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while respecting customers' homes.
• Ensure all work complies with manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company quality standards.
• Build lasting customer relationships through professionalism, integrity, and exceptional service.
• Participate in ongoing technical, product, and safety training.
