About The Position

Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care - Tracy is seeking a PART-TIME experienced caregiver to assist adult clients in their homes throughout the Northern CA region. This is an immediate opening. Caregivers will assist with activities of daily living such as cooking, bathing, dressing, toileting assistance, housekeeping, laundry, ambulating, and physical transfer. Caregivers will work with one client at a time in a one-to-one setting at the clients' homes. Online training is required prior to starting shifts, or prior certifications can be provided.

Requirements

  • At least one year of caregiving experience.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Must enjoy working with seniors.
  • Must be willing to complete online training prior to starting shifts.
  • Must be able to pass required background checks and reference checks.

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications are a plus.
  • Being fully vaccinated for COVID-19 is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with activities of daily living, such as cooking, bathing, dressing, toileting assistance, housekeeping, laundry, ambulating and physical transfer.
  • Work with one client at a time in a one-to-one setting at the clients' homes.
  • Provide transportation services.
