Senior Graphic Designer

LVTAmerican Fork, UT
Onsite

About The Position

As a Senior Graphic Designer at LVT, you will be the visual architect behind a multi-billion dollar brand. Joining our in-house Creative Team, you will transition our aesthetic from "scrappy startup" to "global industry leader," ensuring every touchpoint—from high-stakes event creative to digital ad campaigns—reflects our commitment to innovation. We are looking for a sophisticated "Pixel Master" who thrives on refining details, elevating raw concepts into polished masterpieces, and maintaining a high bar for design excellence across all media. This role is based in-office out of our Headquarters in American Fork, Utah

Requirements

  • Extensive Design Portfolio: 4+ years of professional career experience with a proven track record in print, packaging, layout, digital ads, and environmental design.
  • Adobe Creative Suite Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; you are a "ninja" with a mouse or Wacom tablet.
  • Media Versatility: Demonstrated comfort and experience designing for a wide array of mediums, from physical tradeshow booths to high-conversion digital landing pages.
  • Modern Tooling: Knowledge of Figma is highly preferred to bridge the gap between marketing design and our software ecosystem.

Nice To Haves

  • Agency Pedigree: Previous experience in an agency environment is a significant plus, bringing a fast-paced, high-output mentality to the team.
  • Bonus Skillsets: Illustration skills and motion graphics capabilities are a major advantage and will be utilized to further elevate our brand storytelling.

Responsibilities

  • Establish Design Standards: Help build and codify the design discipline at LVT, ensuring brand consistency and visual excellence across the entire organization.
  • End-to-End Creative Execution: Own the design process for a diverse range of assets, including web interfaces, social media, digital advertising, event signage, and internal communications.
  • Vendor & Freelance Management: Act as the primary point of contact for external creative partners, ensuring all outsourced work meets LVT’s rigorous quality and brand standards.
  • Physical Asset Production: Source and manage vendors for the production of physical assets, including print materials, high-end swag, and large-scale trade show builds.
  • Trend Leadership: Serve as the internal authority on design trends, ensuring our visual language remains modern, relevant, and ahead of industry standard.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and executive teams to translate complex technical concepts into compelling, easy-to-digest visual narratives.

Benefits

  • We believe you do your best work when your whole life is supported. We invest in our crew’s health, families, and financial futures with a benefits package designed to support you inside and outside the office.
