About The Position
Dogtopia is seeking passionate dog lovers to join their team as Pet Parent Concierges. This role is the first point of contact for pet parents, offering excellent customer service in a fun, fast-paced environment focused on team culture. Dogtopia is an industry leader in dog daycare, prioritizing health and safety while aiming to enhance the joy of dog parenthood and enable dogs to positively change the world through the Dogtopia Foundation. The foundation supports service dogs for veterans, youth literacy programs, and initiatives to employ adults with autism.
Requirements

Nice To Haves
- Sales and scheduling experience is a bonus but not required (as long as you are willing to learn, we’re here to teach!)
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service
- Answering phones and emails
- Greeting Pet Parents
- Answering Pet Parent questions and collecting their information
- Educating Pet Parents about Dogtopia and our requirements as well as available pass and membership benefits
- Scheduling services and setting up Meet & Greets
- Checking dogs in and out
- Escorting dogs to and from their Pet Parents
- Giving tours
- Understanding our Dogtopia-isms
- Maintain a neat and organized environment
