Requirements
- A natural communicator who loves listening just as much as talking
- Someone who thrives in a client-focused, team-oriented environment
- Comfortable using computers and modern scheduling systems
- Positive, driven, and passionate about creating great experiences for both clients and teammates
Nice To Haves
- Sales experience is a plus—especially memberships or service-based sales
- Background in customer service, hospitality, spa, or wellness environments preferred
Responsibilities
- Guide clients through our proven sales process and introduce them to the Elements Wellness Program
- Build strong relationships with new, existing, and prospective clients
- Deliver an exceptional, personalized customer experience from check-in to check-out
- Handle scheduling, payments, and client communication using our easy-to-learn systems
- Turn feedback into opportunities to create outstanding service moments
