About The Position
Field Implementation Technician – Restaurant POS F3 Technologies, Inc . is hiring a Field Implementation Technician to install, support, and maintain restaurant POS systems in the field. We are a leading field service technology company specializing in payment technology installations and support. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification a plus)
- POS, IT, or field service experience (restaurant experience a plus)
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and car insurance
- Must be 21+
- Willing to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and overnight hours
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Climb ladders and work at heights up to 30 ft
- Stand for extended periods (up to 12 hours)
- Work in confined spaces and varying weather conditions
Nice To Haves
- POS, IT, or field service experience (restaurant experience a plus)
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification a plus)
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain POS systems
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Provide onsite and remote support
- Train customers and document service work
