About The Position
BayCare Medical Group is seeking an experienced board-certified/board-eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join a well-established, outpatient-only practice in Plant City, Florida. The practice currently consists of three physicians and an APRN, serving patients aged 16 and older. The office operates from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and does not involve obstetrics. This role offers a flexible work week (4 or 5 days), built-in administrative time, and the opportunity to be part of a true medical home within a larger network of specialists and hospitals. The position is focused on providing comprehensive and compassionate care with an emphasis on continuity and strong patient-provider relationships.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Ability to obtain a Florida medical license.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary care to patients aged 16 and older.
- Practice outpatient medicine with no obstetrics.
- Engage in a medical home model of care, emphasizing continuity and patient-provider relationships.
- Collaborate with a network of over 46 different specialties and 16 hospitals.
- Utilize designated administrative time for professional tasks.
