Requirements

• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Truly Board Eligible (0-7 years post-residency completion)
• Active Colorado medical license
• Clean malpractice/background
• Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active)
• Visa support required (J1 or H1B)
• DEA license (must be obtained prior to start)

Responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum Family Medicine and preventive care to a diverse patient population.
• Build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and families.
• Manage acute and chronic conditions while supporting preventive health and wellness.
• Collaborate with physicians and advanced practice providers to coordinate high-quality care.
• Participate in an after-hours call rotation with Family Medicine colleagues.
• Contribute to clinical quality initiatives and the ongoing improvement of patient care.
• Connect patients with laboratory, imaging, specialty, and other resources available through the network.
