About The Position
Join an established team of 5 physicians and 3 APPs in an outpatient practice setting. This employed position within a nonprofit health system offers access to support staff and a 1:7 call structure. The role requires delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, collaborating with care teams for seamless patient transitions, driving quality and cost-effective care initiatives, and maintaining timely, accurate documentation.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
- Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Kansas Board of Healing Arts obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care through accurate diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up
- Collaborate with care teams to ensure seamless patient transitions, including effective discharge planning
- Drive quality and cost-effective care initiatives that improve patient outcomes and overall system performance
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation to support clinical care, compliance, and reimbursement requirements
