About The Position

Electrician Apprentice – Start Your Career (Paid Training) Location: MD / VA / DE (varies by project) Looking to start a career in the electrical trade? We’re hiring Electrician Apprentices to learn hands-on while getting paid. You’ll work alongside experienced electricians, build real skills, and grow into a licensed professional.

Requirements

  • 18+ with high school diploma or GED
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
  • Ability to work in the field (indoors/outdoors, physical work)
  • Valid driver’s license preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist electricians with installations (wiring, conduit, electrical systems)
  • Learn electrical theory, codes, and safety practices
  • Support troubleshooting and repairs
  • Maintain job site safety and proper PPE use
  • Document work and progress as you learn
